Leadership Course (Day 2)
2. Embedding select sourcing initiatives into your existing recruitment programs to generate the time your recruiters need so they can focus on identifying prospects for critical hires. 3. Finding, selecting, hiring and managing sourcers. 4. Executing a 360-Degree recruitment and sourcing diagnostic. When is it? Specialist Course: February 21, 2013 from 8:00AM-5:30PM. Leadership Course: February 22, 2013 8:00AM-5:30PM. Both sessions will have a mid-morning and mid-afternoon break. Snacks and beverages will be provided continuously through the day.
