This year’s world conference is a six day event and will focus on Creating the Habit of Success. “In this modern age, it seems that success in business really can happen overnight. However, its great habits that keeps you successful in business for decades,” said Al Rainaldi, Chief Sales Officer of Profiles International.
Dina Dwyer-Owens, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of The Dwyer Group(R) America, will deliver the keynote presentation. Her keynote is titled “Be Your Best Authentic Self”. The audience will take a journey with Dina to discover their strengths, build their team and take their business to the next level. Dina has more than 30 years of industry experience and proudly runs an organization with over 1,600 franchise locations and boasts more than $850 million in sales each year.
Conference attendees will participate in specialized breakout and product training sessions. Industry experts will share knowledge to help attendees prepare for success in 2013.

Certification training for using assessments is a key component of working with Profiles solutions. The conference provides a great opportunity for in-depth training between Profiles staff and attendees. These sessions equip the participants with the knowledge and ability to become an assessment expert within their own organization.
Each year, awards are presented to the client, partner, and national director of the year. The recipients are honored for their superior quality of work and sales performance in their home countries and organizations.
Many social activities are scheduled throughout the week long event so that attendees can relax and socialize with colleagues from all over the world.
