GreenJobInterview Growing Fast
(October 9, 2012) GreenJobInterview Named One of OC’s Fastest Growing Private Companies
Capping off two years of explosive growth, GreenJobInterview was just named one of Orange County’s Fastest Growing Private Companies, according to the Orange County Business Journal. GreenJobInterview, the pioneer in live virtual job interviewing, ranked in the top 15 percent of all private companies, coming in at number 18 out of the 154 companies announced to the publication’s annual list on October 1st.
“We are experiencing tremendous, consistent growth as our technology is adopted by some of the largest organizations in the world,” says Greg Rokos, president of GreenJobInteview. “This announcement is a true testament to the viability of our live interviewing platform, the world-class customer service model it’s built around and the incredible effort of our entire team. More and more companies are recognizing the benefits of this technology to their recruitment efforts and realizing tremendous bottom-line savings. ”
GreenJobInterview experienced a 375 percent growth in revenue over the two-year period measured. In that same time, the company nearly tripled the number of employees at its Costa Mesa, CA headquarters. GreenJobInterview recently added Heinz, Time Warner Cable and Intercontinental Hotels Group to a client roster that includes more than 300 of the world’s leading companies, including 40 of the FORTUNE 500 from industries as diverse as retail, healthcare, hospitality and technology.
To be considered for the list, companies had to have annual sales of at least $300,000 through June 2010 and show at least 15 percent growth in revenue for the 12 months through June of this year compared to the same period two years ago. According to the publication, “All had to come through the recent recession and post impressive gains during a slow and sometimes spotty recovery.”
GreenJobInterview is set to launch a new on-demand, recorded interview platform, GreenJob One-Way™, and a virtual meeting solution, GreenJob Meeting™, in early 2013. Looking to the future, the company anticipates its interviewing platform evolving in ways that will help organizations improve all aspects of their talent acquisition process, according to Rokos, citing comprehensive solutions such as interview education technology, skills assessment, storage and data analysis
