Return on Talent Investments
(December 3, 2012) Webinar: Return on Talent Investments Is The Neglected Metric at a Surprising Number of U.S. Companies
The need for employers to make data-driven, cost-effective business decisions has never been greater yet 56% of them are failing to measure the return they’re receiving on one of their most critical investments: talent. This is just one of several notable findings from ACT Bridge’s 2012 survey of U.S. employers, which will be explored in detail during the webinar, “Return on Talent Investments–The Neglected Metric.” The webinar will be held on Friday, December 14 at 11 a.m. Pacific/2 p.m. Eastern time and is free to attend.
ACT Bridge’s Chief Marketing Officer, Kurt Ballard, will host the webinar and review the complete findings of the company’s 2012 survey, which was conducted online in November among U.S.-based employers to learn about their talent investment practices and plans.
“Measuring RTI–return on talent investments–is essential to an organization’s ability to win the war for top talent, achieve its business objectives and gain competitive advantage,” said Ballard. “It’s also indispensable in helping Human Resources reinforce its value as a strategic partner to senior management, the Finance function and the enterprise’s other decision makers. Despite these realties, more than half of the organizations we surveyed not only fail to measure RTI but they also don’t know how their talent investments impact important business indicators such as customer satisfaction, profitability and growth.”
In addition to sharing survey findings during the webinar, Ballard will discuss some of the actions that organizations can take to better measure, understand and maximize the return on their talent investments. In addition, the webinar’s attendees will receive advance copies of the ACT Bridge survey report.
