The boards were measured using several technology indicators that calculate overall candidate traffic patterns and job board advertising effectiveness. They do not indicate hiring results. Results were measured during a 3-month study between the months of June 1, 2007 through August 31, 2007 - on a sample of 15,000 job postings delivered to each job board in the eQuest network.
