Colleen Gildea

Colleen Gildea is the CEO of interbiznet, the leading online publisher of daily newsletters highlighting the current trends in the Recruiting Industry. Gildea, an industry veteran of thirteen years, executes the design and sale of online advertising campaigns.

interbiznet has grown with industry since its conception. The daily newsletters, the interbiznet Bugler (http://www.interbiznet.com/interbizbugler/dailyindex.html) and The Electronic Recruiting News (http://www.interbiznet.com/hrstart.html), highlight industry events. The newsletters provide a view of the industry and players in a concise, direct manner.

In 1995, interbiznet was researching all the players in the Industry – a task that was possible because there were only 100 or so out there. We were all on a first name basis as we tried to determine the next steps in development of the tools that would make online recruiting take off.

In the course of her career, Gildea has excelled in art, illustration, design, editing, PR, writing, social networking, sales, marketing, managing, strategic plannning and consulting.

Gildea graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. and studied Applied Behavioral Science at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore Maryland.
