You'll remember our oft reeated assertion that 50% of the expense of using the web is marketing. While digging for candidates, you definitely want to be building traffic to your site. You want to list specific jobs in as many places as possible.

We've gotten quite fond of Exploit's Submision Wizard.

With nearly 600 search engines at your disposal, the submission tool easily outperforms its competition. The first 250 submissions are automatic. You have to tweak the remainder by hand.

In our office, we've hired a full time person who does nothing but submit URLs through Exploit. Our 6 month license cost $89. Our traffic is way up.
