IRVINE, Calif.--(June 04, 2010)--HireRight, Inc., a leader in on-demand employment background and drug screening, has appointed Janet Randolph as vice president of human resources. Ms. Randolph will be based out of the Irvine, Calif., global headquarters and report to HireRight president and CEO Mike Petrullo.

Ms. Randolph has more than 25 years of combined human resources and business strategy leadership, and as vice president of human resources, she will be responsible for leading and managing HireRight's efforts to attract, develop, engage and retain its highly talented workforce.

She joins HireRight from the Rational Software brand within the International Business Machines Corporation's (IBM) Software Group, where she served as director of human resources. Prior to Rational, Ms. Randolph held vice president of human resources roles at FileNet (acquired by IBM) and Epicor Software. She currently serves on the Executive Development Advisory Board for the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and the UCI Extension Human Resources and Organizational Development Advisory Committee.
