(Atlanta - GA) - May 11, 2010) - JobServe continues its expansion in the US with the introduction
of a new resume search platform and data center.
"JobServe's commitment to the US
market grew significantly with the introduction of the new resume search service designed specifically for recruiters.
With the job market set to heat up the timing could not be better,"
said Phil Simpson, VP of Sales for JobServe.us.
Initial feedback from JobServe customers has been positive.
Commenting on the new resume search service,
Wiley Flowers, Technical Recruiter for Electronic Transaction Consultants
said, "The new JobServe resume search engine has been an awesome tool
and extremely beneficial in helping me fill my positions for my company.
I recently received 14 openings in four different states with an average
target start date of three weeks to a month and I have been able to
fill over 60% in the last three weeks with the help of this new resume tool and a combination of JobServe's job postings."
The resume search service utilizes patented
behavioral analytics to identify and rank relevant candidates.
Recruiters have the flexibility to easily modify key search criteria
and conduct side by side resume comparisons.
"In addition to delivering quality
response, speed and ease of use were crucial during the development
of this resume
database search service.
Our tool minimizes the time recruiters need to spend searching online
and allows them to focus on contacting qualified job seekers and filling
their openings," commented Simpson.
To enhance the performance of the website
including the resume search service, JobServe opened a new data center
in Atlanta, GA. "The new data center gives us the speed and
flexibility needed to optimize results for recruiters throughout the
USA. We also recognized the need to dramatically increase the flow of
qualified job seekers to the database. As previously announced through
our partnership with Jobg8 we have created one of the largest recruitment
networks in the USA. New job seeker registrations increased by 83% in
April alone to fuel the new resume search engine," concluded Simpson.
