StepStone Solutions to Provide Global Talent Management Solution for Royal DSM

Performance Management and Career Planning Software to be Deployed to 5,000 Employees in Europe, U.S., Asia Pacific and Latin America

AUSTIN, Texas & LONDON--(February 23, 2010)--StepStone Solutions (OSE:STP)(LSE:STPS), a global leader in talent management solutions, has announced that Netherlands-based life sciences and materials sciences company Royal DSM N.V. has selected StepStone Solutions to support and manage DSM's talent management processes on a global basis. Over the next four months StepStone Solutions's performance management, career & succession planning and 360-degree feedback modules will be deployed initially to a population of 5,000 employees globally across Europe, U.S., Asia Pacific and Latin America.

After a thorough examination of key talent management and ERP vendors, DSM chose StepStone Solutions to deliver its talent management processes and requirements for its human resources (HR) needs.
