and materials sciences company Royal DSM N.V. has selected StepStone
Solutions to support and manage DSM's talent management processes on a
global basis. Over the next four months StepStone Solutions's
performance management, career & succession planning and 360-degree
feedback modules will be deployed initially to a population of 5,000
employees globally across Europe, U.S., Asia Pacific and Latin America.
