A simple search on Employment Interviewing will give you about 9,000 places to look for advice and consolation. The bottom line? Everyone gets nervous when preparing for an employment interview. Knowing as much as you can about the company; making comfortable conversation and solid eye contact; and relaxing while you're in the process are the basic pieces of making your interview a success.
