    Yahoo! HotJobs - entry level job postings have increased over 150 percent year-over-year.  According to the Yahoo! HotJobs College Survey, students are being more proactive about their career plans, with 37.4 percent beginning their search before graduation, up from only 17.6 percent this time last year. More than half already have a resume they feel good about, and an overwhelming 85 percent have had interviews already.

    For those unable to land their first choice job, 21 percent said they would take time off to travel, 14 percent said they would volunteer or intern for free in a first choice field, and 32 percent would take a temporary job while continuing to look for a first choice opportunity.
