The Conference Board, the global business research and membership organization, announces the next offering in its complimentary monthly book discussion hosted on The Conference Board Human Capital Exchange. This book discussion series offers HR professionals an opportunity to participate in discussions on various topics that impact their jobs as well as their organizations.
On May 18th at 10:00, Jack Phillips, Ph.D., world-renowned expert on accountability, measurement, and evaluation, Patricia Pulliam Phillips, Ph.D., President and CEO for ROI Institute, Inc., and Rebecca L. Ray, Ph.D., Senior Vice President, Human Capital for The Conference Board, will discuss their new book, Measuring Leadership Development: Quantify Your Program's Impact and ROI on Organizational Performance. In this book, Human Capital professionals can learn how to quantify the impact of leadership development programs and initiatives which are typically among the highest profile and most heavily resourced undertakings at any company.
