- Contact Management capabilities have been more tightly integrated to reporting and core recruiting capabilities based on customer feedback so that recruiters can gain deeper visibility into activities and generate insightful reports on the most successful recruiting campaigns and sources. Even with unemployment high, having the ability to identify the right person for the right situation remains critical to finding the right talent to align with the top priorities of the business. This identification of the best sources and contacts for talent is especially important because according to a 2010 survey by CLC Recruiting, a program of the Corporate Executive Board, 83 percent of recruiters believe that fewer than half of applicants meet the basic qualifications for positions, while applicants per requisition have increased 128 percent from 2007 to 2010.
- Recruitment Management System adds enhanced capability to further facilitate and simplify high volumes of candidates and streamline the requisition process for efficiency. By making the recruiting process more efficient, it leaves a positive first impression on talented candidates.
- Interview Scheduling features expanded integration capabilities with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, and adds new ways to provide candidates with details about upcoming interviews, including delivery via email or mobile device, making the interview process for candidates an engaging experience.
- Onboarding capabilities add new email templates, email digests, interactive PDF forms and information requests to foster collaboration and interaction with new hires and by doing so promotes their immediate engagement as a fully-enfranchised part of the team. Research from Aberdeen Group in February 2010 validates the correlation of effective onboarding and engagement, as its studies illustrate that in organizations with a formal onboarding program, 79 percent of new hires rate themselves as highly engaged.

Research published in the July/August 2010 issue of the Harvard Business Review magazine* suggests that this type of alignment and communication of strategic priorities with the business is a top priority for 72 percent of executives surveyed.
