• Onboarding capabilities add new email templates, email digests, interactive PDF forms and information requests to foster collaboration and interaction with new hires and by doing so promotes their immediate engagement as a fully-enfranchised part of the team. Research from Aberdeen Group in February 2010 validates the correlation of effective onboarding and engagement, as its studies illustrate that in organizations with a formal onboarding program, 79 percent of new hires rate themselves as highly engaged.
