Bernard Hodes Group Releases 'theLens'
New digital tool aids HR strategy by visualizing online conversations
(October 7, 2009) Bernard Hodes Group, a leading provider of integrated talent solutions, is excited to introduce theLens - an innovative application developed by the company's Digital Innovation Team.
"theLens is an application that enables clients to visualize online reputation audit data, illuminating valuable insights for creating, implementing and nurturing a social recruiting strategy, said Kane Cochran, director of digital innovation. "Now, clients can not only listen to, but actually see how their brand is interpreted through conversations online."
theLens allows for an enhanced user experience, providing clients with an inside look into the source, sentiment, and volume of employer brand-related conversations. The new digital application, which can be used as both a web-based or Adobe Air desktop application, gives Hodes customer service teams the ability to access an at-a-glance picture of their clients' online reputation. The experience provides useful insight into where relevant conversations are taking place and where their client's reputation stands among potential candidates and employees.
