With this new release, Peopleclick Contact Management will provide clients with advanced search capabilities and will help organizations expand their talent pool of future candidates.
This release of Contact Management will feature the following enhancements:
Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes Integration - Gives clients the ability to send activities created in Peopleclick Contact Management directly to their corporate calendar in Microsoft Office or Lotus Notes. With this new feature, clients can coordinate their contact management activities with the rest of their daily schedule.
New Boolean Search Capabilities - Gives clients the ability to perform searches using conjunctions such as and, or and not. The new Boolean searches can be combined with other conventional searches and will provide enhanced search capabilities within documents and description fields.
Search by Date of Last Update - Allows users to search for contacts by the last date they were contacted. The technology will give clients the ability to quickly find contacts based on their last activity, last campaign, last email sent or information change. This empowers recruiters to target their outreach and ensure they are systematically staying in front of their prospective candidates.
