(October 9, 2008) We have found speaking to recruiters to be rather inspirational.
The gist of the matter is that when a recruiter has the opportunity to find the right candidate, tell them about a position that is perfect for them (and their family, friends and pets) and places them - life is good.
When on this mission, there is little that will stop the recruiter.
They hunt and bob and weave searching for the right candidate.
This means not only the right job for the candidate, but also the right fit for the company. They will match the culture, blend into the environment and the company will be pleased.
Sounds easy. Can look easy. But it is hard work, after all recruiting is a job.
