Don't Miss the R4 Conference

interbiznet's CEO, Colleen Gildea, is the Video Roving Reporter at the Chicago kick-off of the R4 Conference this September.

First, a little about the conference:

The R conference will delve into topics relating to Risk Management, Regulations, Retention and Recruiting. Experts from the government and the private sector will share their knowledge of complicated and often costly rules and regulations.

Karen Mattonen, staffing professional and entrepreneur, and Earl Mann, a leadership and motivational coach, have teamed up to bring us the R4 Conference. With so many changes and distinctions in the laws and acceptable behavior around employment Mattonen feels that R4 will help inform us with intensive training and educational material delivered by the best. The ability to consume the information on demand for a full year is a refreshing way to keep abreast of the 4 R's on your own time table. It also provides a great resource when you run into an issue in which you need a refresher.

Mattonen and Mann plan to have the R4 Conference start a critical conversation about the future of Labor and Talent.

Now, a little about the Video interviews:
In 1995, interbiznet was researching all the players in the Industry - a task that was possible because there were only 100 or so out there. We were all on a first name basis as we tried to determine the next steps in development of the tools that would make online recruiting most effective.

interbiznet continues to grow with this elite group as it enters the world of video interviewing and chronicles the thinking of our industry leaders. Gildea will be on the road as the interbiznet "roving reporter", shooting video interviews of the latest and greatest.
