(November 26, 2007) CareerTV, launched on August 7, 2007, has doubled its traffic in September and October and is likely to do it again in November.
We could say that this is not surprising, given the swelling interest in using online video. Yet, anyone, who has worked to develop traffic for a web presence, knows that this is an amazing feat. Perhaps CEO Lars-Henrik Molin will fill us in on how one achieves this degree of stellar success.
CareerTV is a career video website with the largest collection of employer online videos. It helps students and young professionals learn more about careers within the world's top companies. The online employer video library includes inside perspectives on corporate culture and career opportunities at some of America's top employers, such as Google, L'Oreal, JP Morgan, and Walt Disney. In addition, CareerTV.com works to promote employer brands with media companies, such as WetFeet, Jungle Media, and hundreds of colleges and universities across the country. CareerTV is a sister company to Universum, a leader in student surveys, and whose independent research is cited by CNN, Fortune Magazine, The New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal.
Companies are using CareerTV for branding and attracting the right candidates across generational lines.

One of the world's largest lighting manufacturers uses CareerTV recruitment videos to highlight careers within its company.
