• Job a Matic (from Simply Hired)

• Adflakes

Indeed offers a jobroll. Jobster has a job feed widget. Both deliver similar functionality without the emphasis on cash flow for the "publisher".

Essentially, these various initiatives all allow the delivery of job ads to very narrowly targeted marketplaces. It's an early stage of a process that will evolve to include rich dialogs between audience members and companies wishing to hire them.

In other words, the underlying technology has just shifted and will accelerate the explosion of job boards.
