It's a tough ambition. As the HR Blogosphere fills with entrants from all parts of the known universe, the competition intensifies and the noise level increases dramatically. Not only do the customers answer the mail, they do an impressive job of it. This approach, interviewing customers and potential customers, is one we're going to see a lot of. By giving away attention and promotion, Goldberg is solving the compelling content question very elegantly.
Who do you want to read your corporate blog? Your customers and potential customers. Do they want to read about you or your products? No. Waht do they want to read about? Themselves and their peers. Goldberg is creating a powerhouse that takes less work (because the right audience is writing the stuff).
