Which Interview Process is Best?
TRUE STORY - NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT (or is it the guilty?):
About a year ago, I was interviewing with a big retailer. Flying in on a Thursday, I faced a schedule that started early Friday morning and lasted until I'd finished my last bite of steak & baked potato that evening. The ordeal reconvened Saturday morning with another interview and a fond farewell.
