In other words, we'll pretty much do anything you'll pay us for. Sarcasm aside, this is probably the best business model for a full spectrum provider in our industry. Assuming that you can't achieve the effectiveness of a Hire.com approach (actual recruiting software), customer-centric design is the next best thing. Sometimes, we're sure that we're seeing the end of software as we know it. The way that recruiting happens in organizations is simply to integral and critical to be boiled down to easily repeatable processes (the essence of software). Like the ERP vendors who preceeded us, the real solution involves a little software and a lot of "consulting". It's good to see that BrassRing is owning this idea. John Sumser
