OnTalent will certainly prove to be an interesting experiment. Written by Doug Miller, Hire.com's VP of Marketing, the project is a powerful attempt to demonstrate (and learn while demonstrating) the approaches that make blogs work. Doug's personal agenda overlaps nicely with the Hire.com product line: get recruiting and recruiters off of administrative chores and on to talenteering (Doug's word for intimate and personalized recruiting that produces strategic gains).
