There are readily available databases that can be used to update addresses and phone numbers. The US Post Office provides this service to Direct Marketers. We assume that they would happily acquire additional customers.

So, the opportunity is simple. A company can be easily developed (at high margins) to take old databases and refresh them with updates and supplemental information. It would be easy for a centralized supplier to cross reference standardized alimni lists, professional assoiciation membership rosters and so on.
