The actual survey process should only take about five minutes. It involves a series of questions designed to generate a broad understanding of the buying decisions that will drive the coming year. The results of this survey will be published in our upcoming 2002 Electronic Recruiting Index. Participants in the survey will be given a detailed report of the results and a discount on the 2002 ERI.

We're experimenting with a new research method.

The survey is being conducted in a deep partnership with the team at Hire.com. As you know, we're always experimenting with methods and forms of business that enable us to more clearly see the underlying terrain and the top level trends.

Given their telemarketing expertise (and clear interest in having the data first), Hire.com has agreed to do much of the leg work in data collection. It's an interesting collaboration that allows both companies to meet their needs for research while educating the broader industry. We think of it as an important way to leverage our combined strengths to provide the market with a clearer perception of itself.
