High Technology Careers magazine is the heart of the Virtual Job Fair. The company produces high tech career fairs around the southwest (including Silicon Valley) and has significant ties to the HR Departments in many companies. The site clearly evolved from the pages of its employment magazine. Over the past year, VJF has led the way experimenting with a variety of technologies. The trouble with bigness is making all of the information navigable. In this case, VJF has a huge inventory of jobs and resources to present without appearing to be completely re-purposing them. They do a sold job at it.
