Mercury Center's Talent Scout

The idea behind "Talent Scout" is right on. The service provides job hunters a "folder" from which to work, privacy controls over their resumes and search memorization. Plus, interesting jobs and note about them can be archived by the individual job hunter. Presented in a slick format, all that's missing on the surface is a comprehensive set of services for employers and recruiters.That said, Talent Scout occasionally falls prey to a common mistake. They're enamored enough with their product names that they forget that the names are not inherently meaningful to new users. We sat for a while scratching our heads and wondering what they were talking about a couple of times.
