Online Sports Career Center is an interesting example of integration of job hunting / recruitment directly into a marketplace niche. The overall site, a catalog of sports merchandise, is hardly the kind of place you'd instantly expect to find employment advertising. It's reminiscent of a job ad appearing in the Brooks Brothers' mail order catalog (which now that we mention it might be an interesting idea). We expect to see a lot of growth in this audience pursuit aspect of recruiting.
