When we think of fun places to work, somehow KPMG (an accounting firm) never comes to mind. The recruiting site changed our minds. KPMG's object is not to get lots of resumes or fill jobs. Rather, they've constructed an approach that builds recurring relationships with potential employees. It's a very neat innovation.It appears that, once a candidate has crossed a certain threshold, KPMG assigns a mailbox. Status on the hiring process is delivered to that passworded box.
