JobWeb is a major undertaking by NACE. An established major player in college recruiting, NACE had a somewhat more difficult birth than other players who had no history to contend with. Baggage and all, JobWeb is a treasure for job hunters, employers, recruiters and placement offices alike. They sponsor and archive a very important mailing list devoted to recruiting issues. Their marketing is an interesting counterpoint to JobTrak. They've made major strides converting their existing base of advertisers (in their print publications) into paying clients on the Web.
