HP Employment Opportunities

The HP site is everything you'd expect from a premier high tech company. It appears that all of the HP job listings have been migrated to the web with a clever innovation. Rather than making a complex internal integration of technologies, HP has each job application tagged as you click the “apply here” button. Then, with relatively simple mail filtering, they're able to feed the resumes in the right direction. With an internal site of this complexity, resume management is a very big deal.Easy on the eyes, the design conveys the sense of authority that comes from a solid market position. Nicely done.The career resources are a demonstration of what should be contained in a corporate recruiting site: articles about culture, benefits, the application process and a very nice piece about striking an appropriate work/life balance.
