Exxon Mobil Corp. plans to cut nearly 16,000 jobs in a move to help reap savings of $3.8 billion . . . Dun & Bradstreet will cut 700 jobs in its Operating Co. unit, resulting in a pretax $40 million charge to be taken in the fourth quarter.
