- A marked slowing in temporary labor bill rate increases in the third quarter of 2011, compared to the first half of 2011, reflecting a widespread easing of upward rate pressures.
- Only the Professional – Managerial job sector sustained the upward rate trends it experienced in the first half of the year, rising almost 3 percent in the third quarter.
- Light Industrial bill rates continued a downward trend that began in June, falling an additional 2.4 percent through the most recent quarter.
