In The News SmartRecruiters launched and debuted its flagship offering, free online recruiting software that meets the needs of small to medium businesses (SMBs). The job posting and applicant tracking Software as a Service (SaaS) comes out of its public "beta" phase with 10,000 companies, 200,000 job seekers and 25,000 job openings already processed, proving that its new approach to recruiting gets results. Automated Group Administration, Inc., a leading Third Party Administrator (TPA) of self-funded benefit plans, recently implemented Web-based Data Analytics from Benefit Informatics to consolidate multiple data sources and provide clients with integrated plan analysis and reporting. RightSourcing, Inc., one of the largest and longest providers of healthcare workforce management solutions, has signed an agreement with Premier, Inc. to provide contingent workforce management solutions for its 2,500 U.S. hospitals and 75,000-plus other members. Under the terms of the agreement, Premier members receive preferred contract terms with RightSourcing for its Workforce Management Solutions, Worker Classification/1099 Services, Payrolling and Credential Management Services. TSheets, the time tracking technology company with over 20,000 customers worldwide, released a new and improved dial-in feature with capabilities that will enable organizations and employees to clock in and out or add notes with a phone call. The dial-in add-on is now live, and available for any existing or new customers to install and use. ImageTag announced that the Foundation to Support Animal Protection (FSAP or the PETA Foundation), the supporting organization to PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, is now a customer of KwikTag, ImageTag’s market-leading transactional content management (TCM) and workflow automation product embedded in Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems AX, GP and NAV. KwikTag TCM combines paper and electronic document imaging, content-based search and retrieval, and routing and approval workflow, all in the context of business processes and enterprise business systems. Restat, the nation’s largest privately held pharmacy benefits manager (PBM), has achieved the highest level of certification in the HR Policy Association’s standards of business transparency. Restat was one of only four PBMs to have agreed to the Association’s Transparency in Pharmaceutical Purchasing Solutions (TIPPS) standards. Study States . . . BDO study shows that the gap between CEO and CFO pay is growing. Middle-market CFOs earn an average of $927,743, around 40 percent of CEO pay ($2,338,874), according to an analysis of 600 public companies conducted by BDO USA, LLP, a leading accounting and consulting organization. Both groups saw significant pay increases, with CFO pay up 19 percent and CEO pay up 25 percent over last year. BDO also publishes the BDO 600 Survey – Board of Director Pay Study that includes Board of Director compensation for the same 600 public companies.
