Over 56% of USA Employees Say Their Boss Is a Bully
A recent survey by TipTopJob of over 1000 respondents found that over 56% of employees report their boss to be a bully. A high figure but less than a survey of European employees' shows, of which 77% say their boss was a bully. Bullying takes the form of many different things including belittling, shouting, degrading work and much more.
