In The News Long time Onrec.com veteran joins forces with interbiznet interbiznet, the oldest publisher of online recuiting news, is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Hartrich as Chief Revenue Officer. Hartrich will focus on strategic sales and marketing programs designed to enhance interbiznet's client's market share in the industry. "We are very excited to welcome Tim to our team. His passion for sales and experience in the industry will be a valuable contribution to the company," said Colleen Gildea, CEO of interbiznet. Tim Hartrich brings a wealth of industry experience to interbiznet. His career spans many years of sales/marketing in the online recruiting industry. He also was the owner of a recruiting firm for nine years. Tim Hartrich knows the industry and the players. Since 2004, Tim has represented Onrec.com/Online Recruiting Magazine, the premiere UK industry publication, as their Director of North American Sales. He initially was their sole representative in the US, and was instrumental in expanding Onrec's awareness and market share over the years. He was successful in building a large and diverse client base of online recruitment technology suppliers that became advertisers on www.onrec.com, as well as exhibitors/sponsors at their annual North American conferences. Prior to Onrec.com, Tim enjoyed success as an independent sales agent for several applicant tracking, software and candidate sourcing suppliers, as well as several years as the Director of Sales at AIRS in New Hampshire. Earlier in his career, he was the owner of a successful financial services recruiting firm in Burlingame, CA. Hartrich earned a BA from Beloit College, and also attended Ratcliffe College in Leicester, England.
