Groupon Turns Down $6 Billion Google Offer
According to TechCrunch, Groupon just recently turned down a $6 billion (yes, BILLION !) acquisition offer from Google. Apparently, Groupon - the 2-year-old local deals company - was doing a lot more in revenue than was previously estimated. A lot more...as in they are tracking $2 billion for 2010! (read more)
