Arise is also seeking more than 6,000 entrepreneurial customer service representatives nationwide to work from home as Arise Certified Professionals.
HealthCare: While U.S. workers may be expecting a major overhaul to their benefits plans because of the new health care reform law, most may be surprised to see few differences in what's offered during this year's open enrollment season, according to Hewitt Associates, a global human resources consulting and outsourcing company. The guide, ‘Health Insurance Exchanges: A marketplace for the future,' explores how the exchanges, mandated to take effect by 2014, will aim to create a health insurance marketplace for individuals and small businesses to give them greater buying power. Though the specific rules for how exchanges will work have yet to be written, Unum's guide is based on the requirements known now from the Affordable Care Act.
