eQuest, the Global leader in Job Board Distribution and Internet Media Services, announced that its job delivery gateway and its award-winning job board performance software has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.0 Candidate Gateway. PeopleSoft users can post, edit, and delete jobs at virtually any job board in the world without leaving their Oracle application. The validation also demonstrates that the eQuest Job Posting solution integrates with the Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Manager, part of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) application suite.
eQuest, the global leader in job posting and Internet recruitment management services announced that beginning October 15, 2009 it will release complete Portuguese and Spanish versions of its job posting user interface application. The new releases were designed and implemented for eQuest customers in Spain , Portugal and South America . Earlier this year eQuest added French and German versions.

SURVEY SAYS ...
An independent survey launched by HR, payroll and talent management solutions provider, MidlandHR, has found that despite the vast majority of organisations agreeing that employee engagement affects employee retention and overall organisational performance, almost half (49%) don't understand the level of engagement of employees or indeed how to actually engage them (42%). Astonishingly, nearly two in five (38%) organisations don't recognise the importance of assessing employee opinion.
The study, Investigating Employee Engagement and Predictive Analytics, surveyed the opinions of over 100 business leaders in UK public, private and charity sectors. Despite agreeing that employee engagement affects organisational performance, the research found that nearly one in four (24%) organisations do not conduct employee engagement surveys of any kind. Of the organisations that do, online surveys are most popular (49%). Over three quarters (76%) of organisations believe employees answer online surveys more honestly if their responses are anonymous, while just over half (51%) are happy for information they provide to be used to improve employee engagement.

Bellevue University's strategic agreement with The Home Depot received the gold award for "Excellence in Academic Partnerships" at this year's Chief Learning Officer Symposium held in Colorado Springs.
This is the second year in a row that Bellevue University received the Excellence in Academic Partnerships gold award. In 2008, Bellevue University was awarded the first-ever Excellence in Academic Partnerships award for its work with CACI International. Bellevue University is the only university to have received this gold award.
