Launched less than a month ago, Smuz reports thousands of companies listing jobs on the site, including household names like Marriott, Allstate, and ADP. Smuz also offers standard features, such as email notifications and one-click-apply. Smuz is one of a growing breed of websites that are shaking up markets by using Google AdSense to remaining free while generating profit for its owners.
