Although most employees are satisfied with their compensation, many organizations still apply inconsistent standards to setting pay levels and managing employee performance.

While two-thirds of employees are very or somewhat satisfied with their total package, one-third rarely or never receive a performance review and are unsure about the review criteria.

Financial and IT workers are more likely than other occupation groups to earn bonuses.
