New Combinations
Recruitforce.com, provider of on-demand recruitment solutions, announced its partnership with
Grand Central Communications, provider of Integration On Demand solutions. This will make
Recruitforce.com software more fluidly integrate with other business applications and data sources.
Reveille
Recruitmax, Workforce Management Solutions Provider,
announced that it has opened its Asia Pacific headquarters in Sydney, Australia.
They also celebrated the eighth straight year of increased revenues, two new product releases and a major
acquisition in 2004.
Employment Trends
The article, It's Time to Plug Talent Leaks,
in Business Week reports: Monthly voluntary turnover at U.S. companies exceeded year-ago levels for all but one month in 2004,
hitting a seasonally adjusted 2.1% in November, according to U.S. Labor Dept. projections.
For the 11 months from January to November, 2004, cumulative turnover was 20.4%, the first time since
2001 that voluntary quits topped 20%.
