iCIMS, provider of web-based Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Management Solutions, expands its West Coast sales operations with an office in Laguna Hills, California.
Accounting, finance and banking career site CareerBank.com reports that according to Alexa, the site now carries a ranking of 11,248 and has reached 30 percent more users in the last 3 months.
Hodes IQ, HRsmart, Recruitmax, and Web Recruiter will offer Voice Recruiting as part of their client implementations. The speech-recognition powered service from Job Flash allows candidates to create a talking resume and apply for jobs over the phone.
New Combinations
Hewitt Associates, Inc., a global HR outsourcing and consulting firm, and Exult, Inc., a provider of HR business process outsourcing, will merge. The
transaction is subject to stockholder and regulatory approval, and is currently
expected to close around the end of Hewitt's fiscal year, September 30.
