Honesty Helps
A survey conducted by SHRM identifies five competencies that are most important for HR development. They range from HR ability to contribute strategically to the organization, to their knowledge of business and personal credibility. Generally, the survey finds that a large percentage of HR professionals feel that personal credibility and business knowledge are important in order to substantially contribute to the success of the organization. But a smaller percentage actually believes they were able to execute the competencies adequately, indicating some key areas to focus on for development. So, now the question is what are you going to do about it?
