M&A Activity
De Bellas & Co., a specialty investment banking firm, reports that 28 staffing-related transactions were completed in the third quarter of 2003. This brings the total
number of staffing deals completed this year to 86, which is 17 percent less than last year's 9-month total of 103. Of the announced transactions, healthcare staffing, again, led the way with 8 completed deals in the quarter.
