Reveille
Talent Software, a provider of talent management solutions for the China market, will integrate the psychometric profiling of HRObjective into its applicant tracking system, Talent.
Job seekers will have the opportunity to enhance their employment prospects by adding a self-screening verification to their online resume from a new agreement between Entersect and JobSniper. Entersect's employee
screening and verification services of CareerScreen will be launched under the
name Veri-Sniper, which will be distributed nationwide using the technology
infrastructure of JobSniper.
Results from an employment
survey finds that of the more than 1,700 participants, students selected
salary, followed by benefits, location, hours/schedule, and reputation of
employer as order of importance. The findings also show that 57 percent prefer
email as the preferred method of contact and 71 percent said the Internet was a
