Monster announces plans to launch a professional networking service, Monster Networking. It is designed to be an online community, where professionals across all industries and levels can exchange information about jobs, offer expertise, and help others achieve their goals. Monster will serve as the host in this community. Monster Networking is a subscription-based service that is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2004.
Boston-based provider of IT consulting services, Keane Inc., plans to transfer the listing of its stock from the
American Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange, effective October 30.
CareerBuilder.com partners with CADREMPLOI.fr, an Internet recruitment provider in France, to broaden the range of employment resources available to companies and job seekers internationally. There are links to each other's websites and will sell job postings for one another's sites to their respective clients in the U.S. and France and view posted resumes.
