Talent optimization software solutions firm Deploy Solutions unveils Deploy 5, an enhanced version of the company's Enterprise software suite for recruiting automation, applicant tracking, and talent management. The new innovations allow personalized software solutions that adapt to unique work styles, while also conforming to corporate standards.
Recruiternet, a Portland, Maine, provider of flexible applicant tracking software, will enhance its flagship applicant tracking system, Projectix ATS, by providing direct integration with the ITax Group JobCredits product, a web-based tax screening solution that automatically captures all available hiring-related tax credits at Federal, State, and local levels.

A recent research report "Survey of Online Recruitment: Job Seekers Speak about Privacy, Trust, and Use of the Internet for Employment sPursuit" from Transformation Systems finds that: 69 percent of the Job Seekers reported the best way to obtain a job interview using the Internet was through employer web sites; 68 percent reported that Internet Job Boards are the best mechanism for learning about available jobs; 83 percent felt Internet Job Boards were a more likely source of spam resulting from a job search than a typical employer's own employment web site; Employer Web Sites are viewed as better sources of information and more instrumental for actually obtaining an interview than Internet Job Boards; 85 percent of job seekers are at least somewhat concerned about the privacy of the personal information they submit while searching for jobs on the Internet, and Employer Web Sites are viewed more positively with regards to Privacy and Trust Perceptions than Internet Job Boards.
