New Combinations
TALX Corporation Corporation will acquire Ti3, Inc. in a stock-for-stock merger. Ti3 is an application service provider primarily for the staffing industry utilizing interactive voice response and Internet technologies.
Reveille
Hire.com will offer e-recruiting corporate portal solutions to Microsoft customers. In a similar alliance, eLabor will offer Microsoft solutions for the human capital management market developed on the .NET platform.
Hire.com also reports it secured $19 million in its latest round of financing led by Austin Ventures and The Hearst Corporation. This brings the company's total funding to $48.8 million.
Synhrgy HR Technologies, providing human resources technology and business process outsourcing services, completed a Series B financing agreement, totaling $25 million from venture capital firms, Richland Ventures and Validus Partners.
